Former Phillie set to announce tonight’s game on AppleTV+

The Phillies face off against the Nationals tonight on AppleTV+, and a former Phillie is set to serve as the game analyst.
Hunter Pence, who played two years in Philly, is set to join Stephen Nelson and Heidi Watney in the booth on Friday night. Pence played 14 years in the MLB, slashing a career line of .279/.334/.461, with 244 HRs and 942 RBIs.
The Phillies play their 2nd of 4 AppleTV+ games this season, as the first one came on July 22nd, where the Phillies lost 15-2 to the Cubs in their first game back from the All-Star break. Two more games take place on the exclusive network this season…August 12th vs the Mets, and September 2nd against the Giants.
The AppleTV+ games have not been a fan favorite, but it’s honestly very easy for most people to access the broadcast. Log onto your SmartTV or Computer and pull up AppleTV+. You don’t even need an account. If you have any sort of apple product, just enter your AppleID, and the game is free to you. Even if you don’t have an AppleID…make one, it’s free, and the game will still be free to you.

The Fightins got a 5-inning win on Thursday night and look to win their third game in a row tonight. Kyle Gibson gets the ball, going up against Josiah Gray.
