A video featuring Jenna Laine from ESPN harassing Giovani Bernard is going viral on Twitter, proving that she and every other media member in the locker room are entitled assholes

A wild exchange between reporters and Giovani Bernard following the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game against the Cincinnati Bengals is going viral all over social media.
Psychopath Jenna Laine Harassing Giovani Bernard
Okay so now that we watched the video, let’s go back to the tweet real quick. Jenna Laine says that Giovani Bernard did not want to talk to the media about what happened on a botched fake punt.
That really should have been the end of the story and there’s honestly no reason to even tweet something like that. The fact that Bernard didn’t want to speak with the media really should have been the storyline that these cockroach journalists could have ran with and it would have delivered the same message to anyone was reading or tuning in to the postgame.
Obviously, that did not happen.
From there, everything goes to complete chaos and from my perspective, literally no one looks worse than the media and specifically Jenna Laine from ESPN who continues to embarrass herself on Twitter.
After reading her initial tweet and then some of her replies, I was completely shocked to find out that Jenna Laine ESPN was a real person and not just another one of of those creeps that paid for a Twitter Blue checkmark.
I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s start with the tweet in general. There’s literally no point in posting that. I’m honestly confused on what message Laine is trying to send in the first place. Her “note” makes her look like a smug asshole and screams “look at me trying to do my job” which I can tell you right now, no one gives a flying fuck about Laine or the fact that she posted a video which I would assume any rational thinker would consider it a bad look, not that Laine is “doing her job.”
So if it is in fact a media members job to seek clarity on what happened, then it’s clear as day that they failed miserably. There’s no clarity at all. There was no real response from Bernard and the way they approached the situation and attempted to get a response was one of the most unprofessional, amateur, hack jobs I have ever witnessed from a media member. The entire thing started out combative and all we got was the same canned response NFL players give when they don’t want to talk to the media. Cool. Great work everyone!
Major failure on the clarity front.
Second, “what have you done for us to talk to you about all year?” might be the craziest part of the entire video. Who the fuck is that guy and in what world does he think that’s an appropriate question to ask a professional athlete? That guy should be banned from NFL locker rooms moving forward and have his credentials revoked. Just a complete, utter, embarrassment and the fact that they kept rolling camera’s after that is beyond ridiculous.
The entire situation, mainly focused on Jessica Laine and the dumb question guy just reeks of entitlement. Give me a fucking break. This is exactly why no one likes the media and people resort to other outlets to get news and information. I don’t see how ANYONE in the Tampa Bay locker room would ever want to communicate with any of the reporters in this video ever again and I don’t blame them for a second.
Why would they? It’s clear the media doesn’t care about gaining the trust or building a relationship with the players in the locker room. They don’t give a shit about anyone besides themselves. That’s evident in the tweets and the video posted.
And please, don’t even start with the “players are mandated to talk to the media” bullshit. Have a fucking soul. Clearly Bernard didn’t want to talk to the media and wanted to leave the locker room after a bad game. Let the man breathe and circle back another time. I guarantee he would have been more receptive.
Bad look media. Do better. Or don’t. It will only help other publications like The Liberty Line, who see through all of the bullshit that’s spewed by major corporations and every single entitled hack that works for them.
I guess I should say thank you?
