Preview: Sixers look to slow down the red hot Bucks tonight in Milwaukee

The Sixers will face the Milwaukee Bucks tonight at 8:30PM on ABC in game 3-of-5 on their current road trip.
The Sixers continued their five-game road trip on Thursday night in Dallas on the second night of a back-to-back. Luka and Kyrie both scored over 40, combining for 82 points and 18 assists as the Mavericks beat the Sixers 133-126. Embiid had 35 points and seven rebounds in the loss while Harden added 27 points and 13 assists. Tyrese Maxey, back in the starting lineup, scored 29 points.
The Sixers are still locked in to the 3-seed in the Eastern Conference, 2.5 games ahead of the 4-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers. They are 4.5 games behind the No. 2 Boston Celtics and now, their tough road schedule will continue tonight in Milwaukee against Giannis and the first place Bucks.
Milwaukee enters tonight on a 16-game winning streak after beating the Orlando Magic 139-117. It was the sixth time they have scored 130+ points in a game this season and the second time they had done so over the past six games.
Giannis scored 31 points on 10-of-14 shooting from the field while Jrue Holiday scored 23 points with nine assists. Brook Lopez scored 18 points as the Bucks made over 52% of their shots while shooting 26-for-56 from three point range.

Tonight is going to be a rough one. The Bucks are red hot right now and it’s going to take a great defensive effort from the Sixers to slow them down on their home court. After watching the defense look absolutely miserable last game against the Mavericks, there’s good reason to believe that the Sixers will lose another tough game on the road tonight in Milwaukee.
If you are still a believer that the Sixers can win tonight, then please, let’s get a masterclass from Joel Embiid. I really don’t ask for much. All I want in life is Joel Embiid to beat the Bucks on the road and then sit at half court like Giannis did in Philly.
