Harden, Embiid end the Milwaukee Bucks 16-game winning streak, Sixers win 133-130 in comeback fashion on the road

The Philadelphia 76ers fought back from an 18-point deficit late in the third quarter to beat the Milwaukee Bucks on the road. 133-130.
Milwaukee entered last night with the longest winning streak of season at 16 games but got demolished in the fourth quarter, getting outscored 48-31 in the final frame.
While the majority of Sixers fans on Twitter turned the game off after Grayson Allen and Brooke Lopez combined for over 40 points in the third quarter, running the Bucks’ lead up to 18-points, the Sixers stayed focus and earned a comeback win, which was arguably the best and most important win of the season so far.
The Sixers shot 12-of-21 from the floor, 7-of-11 from three point range, and 17-of-19 from the charity stripe.
Joel Embiid finished the game with 31 points, 10 assists, and six rebounds, which was highlighted by a go-ahead three pointer with just 41.4 seconds left on the clock.
The Embiid three was obviously huge. Hitting a go-ahead three on the road in Milwaukee made me feel things that I’m not going to write down because my mother reads my articles but if you watched the video above, then you definitely understand what I’m talking about.
When you paired the Embiid three with a vintage James Harden performance, it probably left you pinching yourself in front of the TV last night wondering if what you were watching actually happened.
Harden finished the game with 38 points, 10 assists, and nine rebounds and was unstoppable in the fourth quarter, scoring 17 points in the final frame.

Embiid (31 points, 10 assists) and Harden (38 points, 10 assists) are the second pair of Sixers teammates EVER to post at least 30 & 10 in the same game.Â
Tyrese Maxey added 26 points for the Sixers and Georges Niang led the bench unit, connecting on 5-of-6 threes from beyond the arc for 16 points in the game.
Rotation Note: Although we didn’t see much of it, Doc Rivers’ has something brewing with the Paul Reed and Jalen McDaniel bench unit. The size and athleticism that both of those players bring two the court seems to cause problems for opposing teams. Definitely something to keep an eye on over the final stretch of the season.
With the win the Sixers improved to 41-22 on the season and are now just four games behind the East-leading Bucks and 3.5 games behind the second place Boston Celtics.
Up Next for the Sixers
The road trip continues on Monday night in Indiana against the Pacers and will end in Minnesota on Tuesday against the T-Wolves.Â
