Phillies fan allegedly stole a tub of water ice from Citizens Bank Park concessions, claims he ‘found it’

The Phillies had a back-to-back today against the Washington Nationals, so naturally as the night game started, fans were getting restless in the stands.
Phillies Fan caught with a tub of Water Ice
Luckily, according to the replies in the comments, this guy was simply asked to leave and didn’t get arrested. Still, that actually seems to harsh in this situation unless the cops have him on camera actually taking the tub of water ice from a concession stand, right?Â
Whatever happened to “innocent until proven guilty”? America is truly a dying country.
Honestly, simply saying that you stumbled across the tub of water ice is a defense that’s undefeated.
Again, where’s the proof?
Maybe he was walking through the concourse and just saw a tub of water ice sitting there and decided to take it back to his seats to share amongst friends? I really don’t see anything wrong with that. We’re literally talking about frozen water with some flavoring here people. Leave this guy alone.Â
Unfortunately, it appears our guy ran into the final boss of Phillies security. This guy probably planted the water ice just waiting for someone to take it so he could call the cops and catch someone in the act. It was the most exciting part of of his nice. Look at the joy on his face while my guy just stands there with his hands up (good move) acting all sweet and innocent.Â
Also worth nothing: The back pocket beer is such a power move. This guy is SLICK. If I ever need to pull a bank heist or really, need some water ice while at The Bank this month, then I want this guy in the seat next to me.Â

Sorry for the crotch shot buddy. Don’t worry. You look great.
The only criticism of the robber fit would have to be the shoes.
Big mistake sacrificing speed and agility for comfort here. While I respect the move, if you’re going to come across a tub of water ice for the taking, you need to be ready to make a quick exit back to the seats and have that tub in between your feet for the remainder of the game.

Unfortunately, the Phillies dropped Game 2 to the Nationals and split today’s double header.Â
I also regret to report that this was NOT the “Rita’s Water Ice Cool Moment of the Game” which seems like a huge miss for the marketing department.
As I said in my article about the fan in the shark costume, we all know who to blame for tonight’s loss.Â
Hint: It’s not the kid who just wanted to eat water ice with his friends. That’s for sure.Â
