For months, Dan Sileo swore up and down that the Philadelphia Eagles were going to trade AJ Brown this offseason. Stirred up rumors that he was unhappy here, that he had beef with Jalen Hurts, the list goes on.

Despite not saying anything about it in the moment, plenty of Eagles players saw the nonsense Sileo was spewing. That includes DeVonta Smith, who waited until the team extended Brown to return the favor on Mr. Sileo.

I really appreciate Smitty just tagging Sileo and posting a random emoji to accompany this picture. That dumbass will have no idea what this means, and honestly, I think that’s the point. DeVonta Smith just wants Sileo to know that he knows nothing.

Despite idiots like Sileo talking about made up AJ Brown rumors for clicks all offseason, the All-Pro wideout got the last laugh. He’s now the highest paid WR in the NFL on a per year basis, making a cool $32M per year.

He’s not going anywhere anytime soon.
