Rumor: Eagles Pursuing CeeDee Lamb?

An interesting report came out today regarding a trade-up for top wide receiver prospect CeeDee Lamb.

It’s no surprise that Howie Roseman and the Eagles are “absolutely in love” with Lamb. Lamb is arguably the best wide receiver in this year’s stacked 2020 class. In his three years at Oklahoma, Lamb caught 173 passes for 3,292 yards and 32 touchdowns. Lamb shows big-play potential, averaging 19 yards per reception in his college career. In his final year, he averaged 21.4 yards per catch. There honestly isn’t much else to say about Lamb, If you just watch is highlights, you can easily see the star potential he has.

As we all know by now, Carson Wentz needs receivers. Why not just go and grab arguably the best receiver in the most ta receiver class of all time? If the price is right, it’s a no brainer for me and it should be for Howie Roseman. The 49ers should be a team to keep an eye on. They have no picks in the second, third, or fourth round. The Ravens could also be a team that the Eagles could make a deal with. The Eagles and Ravens have a history of trade day trades, and the Ravens do need at Linebacker. Baltimore also has two picks in the second round at number 55 and 60.
