Eagles Select K’Von Wallace 127th Overall

After a very interesting day 2 of the NFL Draft for the Philadelphia Eagles, they seem to be off to a good start with day 3. With the 127th pick in the NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select safety Eagles Select K’Von Wallace from Clemson. Fans will and already love this pick. Wallace can play multiple positions than just safety, which is what Eagles Defensive Coordinator Jim Schwartz is looking for. In his career at Clemson, Wallace has 156 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, and 5 interceptions. Howie Roseman is continuing to follow his plan of adding speed to the team as K’Von Wallace ran a 4.53 at the NFL Combine. The Eagles continue to revamp their secondary and it will look very different for years to come. Their secondary struggles may be coming to an end. Wallace will have a good group to learn around. Here’s a look as of now what the secondary looks like heading into the pre-season.

K’Von Wallace played for one of the best football schools in the country and has played on the best of stages. This is something that is always a positive when transitioning to the NFL.
