Goodwin, 29, missed 12 games over the past two seasons after a standout 2017 season in which he set career marks with 56 catches for 962 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
For his career, Goodwin has 140 receptions for 2,323 yards and 13 touchdowns in 75 games.
