Some guy named Chris Mad Dog Russo started yelling into a microphone about Bryce Harper

This dude stinks out loud. Period.
I’m not interested in hearing from @MLB Players tweeting that they are ready to go, especially the ones that have under-performed their contracts! pic.twitter.com/c7reQNxRqV

In his debut season for the Phillies, Bryce Harper put up the following stat line:
Is there room for improvement? Of course. But to stay he stinks?
Sorry mad dog, you’re simply a moron.
Bryce Harper is one year in on a long-term contract. He wasn’t awful in his first year on the Phillies. The MLB is in desperate need of superstars to carry the game. Bryce Harper is just that. When people ask what is wrong with baseball, this isn’t on the players, it’s the owners who are to blame.
And to further comment on Russo’s stupid rant: Mike Trout did tweet that he’s ready to play.
Tell us when and where!! https://t.co/zPMbehld1n

All of the players are ready to play. This is a terrible take. As you very well know, I will defend Bryce Harper til death, whether I am right or wrong.
Just so happens in this case, I’m 100% right and Chris Mad Dog Russo is 100% wrong.
Christian Yellich isn’t having any of Mr. Mad Dog’s trash takes either.
If the requirements for having an opinion requires success in ones field then you should probably take your own advice and 🤫 https://t.co/ycqKmWFlR7

If Bryce Harper had a bad year in Philadelphia last year, then OH MY GOD, just wait until he has a good year. Bashing a player for speaking out in favor of other players and fans is just ridiculous.
This wanna-be Skip Bayless should be quiet.
In other MLB News:
Rob Manfred is currently in a face to face meeting with Players Union Chief Tony Clark in Arizona. Reports are that it’s a positive meeting. Hopefully Manfred and Owners realize how badly they are screwing this up and baseball is finally making progress in a return.
Breaking: MLB commissioner Rob Manfred and players union chief Tony Clark had what’s being called a productive meeting face to face in Arizona. Meeting was called at Manfred’s request
