The State of The Liberty Line: Summer 2020
Back in February, me and Vic decided to launch a sports blog. A few weeks later, sports and life as we knew it was completely cancelled. Impeccable timing.
Throughout the last 6 months, we have done everything possible to build this brand, a Philadelphia Sports Blog, with absolutely zero live sports to cover. We brought on a team of amazing people to help build this website – they’re recording podcasts, writing blogs, (apparently Stevie Potter is even doing TikToks) who the hell knows really but we’re all on a mission to become the best independent Philadelphia Sports Blog in the world.
Our DSGN Tree Store is cranking out merchandise. We landed some partners in Knockaround and Manscaped. Victor landed a gig over with our friends at Fox Sports The Gambler as their official Eagles Insider. Things have been moving in the right direction again, with zero live sports to cover.
Sports are making a return in less than 30 days (The Union Take The Pitch at 9am) and we’re ready to hit the ground running. We brought on some new faces to The Liberty Line to help boost content and Philly sports coverage for the website all around.
And now, the next chapter begins…
The Liberty Yell guys are the best Flyers podcast. Period. I’ve been working with Chris and Danny since earlier this year on the apparel side of things. Check their DSGN Tree Store. We were just getting rolling before everything went to shit.
Awesome Twitter Account. Awesome Podcast. Without a doubt, the Flyers blogs they’ll be writing are going to be just as good, if not better. Catch up before the NHL resumes with their most recent episode.
After my first conversation with Andrew, I knew he’d be a good fit on TLL. Super smart guy and he gets what we’re trying to do here at The Liberty Line. Pumped to have him on board. Catch up with his latest episode here:
More to come on this later. I have a lot of things on my mind. I think others do too but are afraid to actually say them. Never-the-less, I’m here to do the Dirty Work.

We’re always looking to bring on more talented content creators. Hit us up by filling out this form. Right now, Phillies and Sixers content would be ideal. Let’s talk and see if we can make something work
