DeSean Jackson Undergoing Tests on Hamstring
It has been reported by Mike Garafolo of NFL Network that DeSean Jackson has a minor hamstring injury. His status for this week is to be determined.
The Eagles have been limiting DeSean Jackson in fear of an injury and it looks like he still got hurt. As much as we wanted the DeSean Jackson from week one of last year, it looks like we may never see that again. With Jalen Reagor going down, the Eagles have just as bad of a receiving core that they did at the end of the season last year. Greg Ward is still the number one wide receiver, and JJ Arcega-Whiteside has yet to catch one ball in three games. The only hope the Eagles have left is the return of Alshon Jeffery who may be able to play this week against the 49ers. The poor play of Carson Wentz has not helped, as his inaccuracy has been one of the main reasons in the results of plays. If Jeffery can’t play you can’t help but expect another bad game, but this time it’s on National TV.
