MLB 2021 Draft details and order are confirmed

The MLB confirmed yesterday that the 2021 Draft order will be based on the reverse order of the 2020 regular season standings. I know that seems pretty standard but given the fact that this past season was only 60 games, there was consideration to use some type of combination from the records of both 2019 and 2020. Regardless, the MLB is sticking with the usual details.
Major League Baseball confirmed Monday that the 2021 Draft order will be based on the reverse order of the 2020 regular-season standings. The Pirates will own the No. 1 overall pick in the Draft for the first time since 2011. Pittsburgh used that choice on Gerrit Cole. The Rangers (No. 2), Tigers (No. 3), Red Sox (No. 4) and Orioles (No. 5) comprise the rest of the top five.
The draft will be held in conjunction with the MLB All-Star Game festivities in Atlanta from July 11th-13th. The current favorite to go No. 1 overall is Vanderbilt right-hander Kumar Rocker, though much can change in the next 11 months. MLB Pipeline ranked the top 15 prospects in both the college and high school ranks in September.
Every team will have a 1st round pick besides those cheating scum bags in Houston. The Astros got off easy after cheating their way to a World Series and lost their 2020 and 2021 1st round picks. They would have held the 15th overall pick if they had any sense of respect for the game of baseball.
Here’s the order for the 2021 Draft. The Phillies will pick 13th overall.

2) Rangers (22-38)
