Report: Eagles Might Be Sellers At Trade Deadline

The NFL trade deadline is two weeks away, and right now it’s still unclear if the Eagles will be buyers or sellers before the November 3rd deadline. They are headed into a 3 game stretch that can lead them back into a playoff spot. But before that, the currently sit 9th in the NFL Draft.
There is a variety of ways this roster can change in the next few weeks. According to Adam Schefter, the Eagles might be leaning towards dismantling.
Adam Schefter was talking on 97.5 The Fanatic Wednesday morning and said he feels the Eagles will be more of a seller than a buyer at the trade deadline.
After a rough start to the season this doesn’t come as much of a shock, but injuries have impacted the Eagles greatly. On a brighter note, 17 of their 22 injured players are expected to be back within two weeks.
Before his injury, Zach Ertz was likely a primary trade target but with him out it is unknown who they would move. Alshon Jeffery is a possible name depending on how he bounces back from his injury. Derek Barnett also could be shipped out due to their incredible depth on the D-Line.
The Eagles face off against the New York Giants on Thursday and that could possibly determine what the Eagles will do.
If they feel they can make a legitimate run at the playoffs, they could look to keep it together. But if they lose and it starts to become blurry, Howie Roseman might cut his losses and shoot for a higher pick.
