Four Phillies Players get Nominations for the All-MLB Team

Four Phillies made the ballot for the 2020 All-MLB Team. The selections will be made from 50% fan votes (which you can do here) and 50% from a “panel of experts” which I’m rather skeptical of since no one contacted me for my opinion.
You can vote once every 24-hours up until Friday, November 13th at 2 PM.
The All-MLB team is a new concept for the MLB. This is only the second year a team has been named. They will announce a First Team and Second Team.
Alec Bohm, JT Realmuto, Bryce Harper, and Aaron Nola were the Phillies nominated to the All-MLB Team. Here’s the breakdown by position:
- Bohm is one of even nominees at 3rd Base. There will be one selected to each team.
- Realmuto is one of seven nominees at catcher. There will be one selected to each team.
- Harper was one of 14 nominees in the outfield. There will be three selected to each team.
- Nola was one of 20 nominees for starting pitchers. Five will be selected to each team.
The balls on the Phillies social account to tweet anything about JT Realmuto that isn’t related to re-signing him. Free agency started yesterday and the Phillies have a lot of work to do.
Until then, throw our guys some votes.
