Lane Johnson OUT Tonight vs Cowboys
After being listed as available to start for tonight’s game against the Dallas Cowboys, Eagles tackle Lane Johnson is now ruled OUT.
With no Lane Johnson, that means Jordan Mailata will switch to right tackle, and Jason Peters will start at left tackle. Peters was activated just in time this week, but we will have to see how good he plays. His play has been very concerning this year. It will be interesting to see how Mailata performs at right tackle, as he has only played there a few times.
With the Eagles having a bye next week, letting Johnson sit out was probably the right decision anyways. I don’t think they will miss him too much tonight and now he has two weeks to heal up for the rest of the season.
