NBA Free Agency set for November 20th, 2 days after Draft

The NBA is set to have their most chaotic offseason ever. It was announced last night that the NBA and NBAPA agreed to a new Collective Bargaining Agreement that allows the 2020 NBA free agency to start on November 20th. The window will open at 6 PM on the 20th.
This will be the second part of a crazy offseason following the November 18th NBA Draft. In 2019, there was 131 days from Game 6 of the NBA Finals to 2019 opening night. Now, there is only 72 days from Game 6 of the 2020 Finals to 2020 Opening Night on December 22nd.
The transaction window is set to open on November 15th or 16th allowing trades to officially be made. With the 76ers having a new look front office and wanting to likely move Al Horford, trades could happen quick.
The salary for 2020 and the luxury tax will remain the same at $109.1 Million and $132.7 Million respectively. This would mean the 76ers are roughly $38 Million over the salary cap with 10 players on their roster.
