Lane Johnson will Miss Rest of the Year with an Ankle Injury
Lane Johnson spoke with the media today and broke news that he will miss the remainder of the year due to an ankle injury.
Terrible news for the Philadelphia Eagles who have battled injuries upfront throughout the year. Johnson stated that the inside of his ankle has essentially collapsed. It’s been difficult to watch Lane, a premier offensive lineman in the NFL continue to suffer through a painful injury.
Given the current state of the Eagles, a healthy Lane Johnson next season sounds fantastic. No word yet on how that will influence the recent offensive line changes but we’ll keep you updated as news comes in.
