76ers Training Camp starts today, what to expect

The 76ers will report to Camden today to kick-off the NBA’s official start of training camp for the 2020-21 season. Here’s what we can expect over the next two weeks from the Sixers at training camp.
December 1st – 5th
Over the next five days, there will be a four player, four staff member limit to the amount of people you can have in one place at one time. Everyone involved also must test negative multiple times in order to participate in training camp.
December 6th*
On December 6th, teams will be able to hold full workouts assuming testing remains negative for all players and staff involved. That date could be moved to December 4th assuming all goes well over the next four days in terms of testing.
December 6th – 15th
The new look 76ers will have 9 days as a team to practice before their first preseason game against the Boston Celtics on December 15th at the Wells Fargo Center. Philadelphia will then travel to Indiana to face the Pacers on December 18th.
The start of the regular season is exactly 3 weeks away, December 22nd. Only having 16 days to practice with a roster consisting of 9 new players in the current rotation is not ideal.
Hopefully Doc Rivers will able to have them adjust smoothly but I wouldn’t be surprised if there are some growing pains to start the season.
