The Delaware Blue Coats will play their first ever playoff game tomorrow night

The Delaware Blue Coats will play their first ever playoff game in franchise history on Monday, March 8th. The game tips at 8:15pm on ESPN News against the Austin Spurs. The Blue Coats finished bubble play with a 10-5 record and earned a 4th seed in the playoffs. The Austin Spurs also finished at 10-5 and will be the 5th seed.
The playoff format for the NBA G League is single elimination. The last time the two teams played each other was on February 21, a game in which the Blue Coats won 122-107. Seven Blue Coats scored in double figures and at the time, tied a franchise record for most consecutive wins with seven straight victories.
The Blue Coats were led by 76ers two-way contract player Paul Reed. Reed delivered his seventh straight double-double with 15 points, 14 rebounds, and two steals in 31 minutes of action. Rayjon Tucker scored 23 points while adding five rebounds and a game-high three steals in 35 minutes. Michael Frazier II was key off the bench, scoring 24 points with five rebounds, one steal, and two bocks. Teammate Justin Robinson notched a double-double as well, with 19 points and a career-high 13 assists for the Blue Coats.
