Brandon Graham lists two players he wants the Eagles to take with the 6th pick

Early this morning, Eagles’ defensive end Brandon Graham talked with March Farzetta to discuss several topics regarding the Eagles upcoming season. The biggest takeaway was when Graham was asked what Philly should do with the 6th pick in the 2021 draft.
“You gotta go Kyle Pitts or Ja’Marr Chase.”
Many Eagles fans would agree with this statement, with both having skyrocketed up draft boards. The sixth pick is a perfect opportunity to bolster the Eagles skill positions to help Jalen Hurts out in his first full season as quarterback.
Tight end Kyle Pitts is a hometown hero. From Philadelphia, Pitts attended high school juggernaut, Archbishop Wood. Wood has produced several NFL talents, including Carolina Panthers tight end Colin Thompson among several others. Pitts has flown up draft boards and had vast amounts of hype around him, with several people calling him a “game-breaking tight end” due to his incredible athleticism.

Kyle Pitts in 2020:
- 770 yards receiving
- 12 touchdowns
- 18 yards per catch
While Pitts is the recent favorite, LSU wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase has to be the Eagles’ front runner. Chase was the best wideout for the Tigers during their record-breaking 2019 season, producing historic numbers. He finished his career with both SEC records for receiving yards and touchdowns in a single season. In nine of fourteen games, Chase had over 100 receiving yards. In three of those games, he went for over 200 yards.

- 1,780 yards receiving
- 20 touchdowns
- 21 yards per reception
The six-foot receiver is an athletic freak and has almost no downside to his game. The main worry is if the Dolphins decide they want him. Suppose Miami trades back to a QB needing team that should clear the way for Chase to Philadelphia, but that remains to be seen.
