Wells Fargo Center and Citizens Bank Park Fan Attendance to Increase to 50% in just 10 days

More good news on the COVID-19 restriction front as fan attendance is set to increase yet again. It was announced today that both the Wells Fargo Center and Citizens Bank Park will be allowed to increase fan attendance to 50% on May 21st. That means the Wells Fargo Center will have roughly 10,000 fans in attendance for the Sixers playoff run and the Phillies can have roughly 21,000 fans at home games.

It was announced yesterday that the Philadelphia Union, operating on state guidelines, will now have full capacity for games starting on June 23rd. All PA COVID-19 regulations will be eliminated on June 11 allowing for full capacity across the state, however hang on to those masks, you will still be required to wear them.
According to John Clark and his sources, by June 11th these restrictions could be eased even more, allowing more than 50% fan attendance, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
