Seth Curry recreates brother’s iconic pose as the Sixers head to Game 7

Seth Curry scored a team high 24 points on Friday night to lead the Sixers past the Atlanta Hawks in Game 6. After the game, Curry struck a pose throwing up seven fingers indicating that the Sixers will be back in South Philadelphia tomorrow night for Game 7.
The pose resembled the exact same thing that his older brother Steph Curry did after he and Klay Thompson combined for 72 points a 2016 Game 6 against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Splash Brothers rallied to win 108-101 before defeating the Thunder in Game 7.
Curry, like the rest of the Sixers, got off to a slow start in the first half, before he exploded for 14 points in the third quarter of Friday night’s game. He finished with 24 points while Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons combined for 28 points. Curry has been on fire during the Hawks series, averaging 21.8 points per game with a 61.5% field goal percentage and a 59.6% three point field goal percentage.
Steph has been a huge supporter of his younger brother throughout the NBA playoffs this year. Daryl Morey and the 76ers were even fined after Morey retweeted “join em” with a picture of Steph’s instagram post supporting Seth.
The Sixers will need more of the same from Curry tomorrow night in Game 7. Good to know we have the other Curry in our corner too.
Sixers in 7.
