Nick Sirianni crashes Eagles fan’s wedding

Who better to celebrate your wedding day with than Nick Sirianni? Yesterday the Eagles head coach went on WIP and shared an incredible story from this summer about how he accidentally crashed an Eagles fan’s wedding. Nick Sirianni was on vacation down the shore in Avalon, and when he was headed back to his hotel, he stumbled into some of the Philly faithful.
“We’re there, and we’re coming off the beach at night, and there’s a wedding going on at the hotel we’re staying at. We had to walk through the area of the wedding to get to the elevator to our room. And there was a groomsman, and he was like, ‘Hey! Can you stay right there? I’m going to get the bride and groom.’ So I think it was like 20 minutes. I was in the wedding party photos. And there was an Eagles chant that happened—’E-A-G-L-E-S’—after everyone. And I’m like, this is pretty cool. I just saw my son staring at me. He’s six, like what the heck is going on here?”
And we do have some videos of the interaction from Russel Carmolingo on Twitter.
It’s nice to see Nick Sirianni be welcomed into the city with open arms and treating the fanbase with the same energy. Between this and having a pass with fans outside the stadium, it’s interactions we’ve never really seen from an Eagles head coach before. Hopefully, this will all transition on the field as the Eagles continue through training camp this week.
