Eagles receive massive Super Bowl bet from outer space

The Philadelphia Eagles are such underdogs that we have people from outer space placing bets on the team to win it all this season. Jared Isaacman, a 38-year-old who is part of SpaceX’s private Inspiration4 mission, placed two bets on MGM Grand from space, the first time this has ever occurred.
One of the two bets was $4,000 on the Philadelphia Eagles to win the Super Bowl at +6600 odds. The other bet was $4,000 on the over of last night’s Washington/New York TNF matchup, at 40.5 and -110 odds. Isaacman’s second bet hit, and he will donate all winnings to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Isaacman looks to be a tremendous philanthropist, pledging over $100 million of his own money to the hospital. Bet MGM has also donated $25,000 to St. Judes as well.
“On top of the excitement of bets being made from space, we’re even more thrilled to be able to contribute and raise awareness for a great cause in St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,” – BetMGM chief revenue officer Matt Prevost.
The Eagles have had a fantastic start to their season and look to keep things going against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. We know what happened the last time the Eagles were counted out by everyone, so hopefully, things end the same way this season.
