Last week there was a viral video going around of this “Gator Guy” trapping an alligator in a trash can down in Florida. It was pretty impressive, as the guy, moved the trashcan directly at the gator before flipping it upwards and capturing the gator in the trash can. The hero turned out to be from Philadelphia. His name is Eugene Bozzi.

As usual, when someone from Philly goes viral, you’re typically plugged into the local media circuit to talk about whatever it is that went viral. Bozzi joined CBS 3 to talk about trapping the gator while also taking advantage of the spotlight and delivering a now classic line trashing Ben Simmons.

“I said you know what, I’m not gonna be Ben Simmons”

Way to seize the opportunity Eugene. The second I heard it, I was impressed at the fact that you jumped on it so quickly. “Unlike Agholor” guy would be proud.

The 76ers will play their first preseason game tonight. Ben Simmons won’t be in attendance. More fines incoming Ben, enjoy.
