Flyers Update: Ryan Ellis will NOT play against Edmonton on Wednesday

Today, Flyers head coach Alain Vigneault gave us an update following practice on the status of Ryan Ellis. Ellis remains day-to-day with an undisclosed injury and is not expected to be in the lineup to start the West Canada road trip against Edmonton tomorrow.

Before the injury, Ryan Ellis had himself a fine start to the season posting four points in three games. Nick Seeler will most likely fill in for him again against Edmonton tomorrow.

Hopefully Ellis has a speedy recovery and can make the Thursday night game against Vancouver.
