Zack Wheeler is selling his condo at Two Liberty Place

Philadelphia Phillies pitcher and Cy Young candidate Zack Wheeler is selling his 56th-floor condo at the Two Liberty Place skyscraper in center city, Philadelphia. The condo hit the market for a whopping $1.99 million.
Wheeler and his wife purchased the penthouse condo back in March 2020 and are now looking to sell in favor of something with more space, which makes sense, after the couple had their first son in July 2020.Â
Wheeler signed a 5-year $118 million contract before the 2020 season. Last year, he had a Cy Young type season, finishing the year 14-10 with a 2.78 ERA. You can check out a list of key dates for the MLB offseason here to stay up to date on when those awards will be coming.Â
The condo is definitely insane. According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, it is listed as the second-highest private residential space in the city, second only to the condo on the 57-floor of Two Liberty Place.Â

Let’s hope Bryce Harper brings home an MVP Award and Zack Wheeler gets the Cy Young. Ring it, baby.
