It appears the USFL is returning to Philadelphia in 2022

It appears there is another football team coming to the city of Philadelphia. Earlier this afternoon, a verified Instagram account was found with the name @usflstars and was titled Philadelphia Stars, joining seven other verified USFL teams.
The USFL originally ran from 1982 through 1986 and will be making a comeback in the spring of 2022 on FOX. A full announcement of the eight teams is occurring sometime this afternoon, but we have a look at the team’s logo.

Not a bad design, not the same as the Stars’ original logo, but still cool looking. They kept the original colors and the red and orange look is a design new to Philadelphia outside the franchise. When the full reveal occurs later this afternoon, we will get a better idea of the overall look likely including uniforms.
Philadelphia did host the Stars when the league was first around, with the team playing in the Vet from 1983 through 1984. Both seasons they were in Philadelphia, the Stars made it to the championship, winning it all in 1984.
Update:
Here is the first official look at the Philadelphia Stars, via their new Twitter account.
