Another Stellar Showing: Eagles O-Line notes Week 13

It was another dominant week upfront for the Philadelphia Eagles offensive line. Philadelphia held New York to just a handful of pressures and not a single sack over 31 passing plays. Even through injury, this group has looked great, and they will only get better after the bye week.
Eagles Offensive Line Grades per PFF:
- Jason Kelce: 72.3 (65.4 pass blocking)
- Lane Johnson: 65 (78.1 pass blocking)
- Jordan Mailata: 65.5 (86.6 pass blocking)
- Landon Dickerson: 62.7 (69.5 pass blocking)
- Nate Herbig: 57.2 (77.3 pass blocking)
Not a bad showing at all for the Eagles, who had very minimal issues during yesterday’s victory. The line allowed three pressures, with no player committing more than one. Landon Dickerson allowed the singular QB hit, and no sacks were allowed alongside just one penalty.
Jason Kelce went down with a knee injury and was in considerable pain before leaving with a limp. Nate Herbig, as good as he is as a guard, is not fit to be the Eagles’ backup center. Herbig immediately sent a snap way over Gardner Minshew’s head that Philadelphia luckily recovered.
Landon Dickerson would likely take over if Kelce misses time, with Brandon Brooks likely back into the mix. Washington has a great defensive line, even without Chase Young, so it’ll be a challenging matchup after the bye week.
