Eagles extend offensive tackle through 2022

The Eagles continued to take care of their offensive line this afternoon, extending tackle Le’Raven Clark to a two-year extension, according to a team announcement. Clark was on the team’s practice squad but was brought to the active roster with this move, with Mac McCain being waived to make room.
Le’Raven Clark spent five seasons with the Indianapolis Colts before joining the team and has helped provide some much-needed depth on the offensive line. Philadelphia has been locking up several players these last few weeks, including T.J. Edwards and Avonte Maddox, among several others.
Clark hasn’t done much with the team this season, but depth at a cheap price is always a win with how the injury bug has affected the line. Luckily, Brandon Brooks could be back after the bye to help the Birds in a crucial battle against the Washington Football Team.
