Exclusive: Temple University professor traumatizes students with a video to kickoff the Spring semester

In a Liberty Line exclusive report, we have obtained footage from a Temple University student showing a video of a professor needlessly traumatizing her students during her instructor introduction for the Spring 2022 semester.
The professor, who we are told is from Canada and a Raptors fan, decided to have some “fun” with Temple students by showing a video clip of Kawhi Leonard ending the Philadelphia 76ers playoff run in Game 7 of the 2019 season.
Here’s the video:
According to students in the class, the professor let the video play on a loop for the first five minutes, as the majority of the Philly-based students sat there in disgust and traumatized, wondering how Temple University could possibly allow this type of torture to be bestowed upon them.
A few of the media majors also questioned switching their majors to international relations with an effort to tighten America’s northern boarder to keep Canadians out of this country for good.
For the rest of us, we now need to ask ourselves if this is the type of person we want teaching our youth. We were under the impression that colleges these days were “safe spaces” to protect our children from traumatizing events but apparently, that is no longer the case.
At this point, we have to also ask ourselves why a proud Canadian citizen is even teaching in America to begin with. If this professor loves the Raptors and Canada so much, why did she leave to work in America and Philadelphia?
Well, the answer to that question is pretty easy. Even after winning an NBA Championship, Kawhi Leonard quickly left the godforsaken country for a better geographical location. He took one look at that sad maple syrup covered wasteland and said “nah” which is likely why this professor has also left Toronto to “teach” in the birthplace of America, Philadelphia.
It makes sense for this Raptors fan to hold the same feelings. Clearly she is holding on for dear life to the 2019 season and not the current version of the Raptors, who are two games above .500 and in eighth place in the Eastern Conference.
If I was sitting in that class, I would have asked this professor to zoom in on Leonard at the top of the key and play in slow motion. Clearly, he traveled on the play and that was the ONLY reason he was able to get around Ben Simmons. As follow up questions, I would have asked about the magnetic rims in Toronto and why Adam Silver hates “the process.”
The fact that no one did serves as another example of how showing these types of videos only hurt students ability to learn how to be real journalists.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we have seen American institutions take shots at Philadelphia. Ohio State University had a similar exercise in one of their college classrooms, using Ben Simmons’ free throws as the basis for a math problem.

Think about the amount of tuition these kids pay. And for what? To be mocked by some ivory tower elitist? How insanely gross. We’d call for the firing of this professor but that would put our sources at risk.
Hopefully this post will shed some light on what’s really happening inside the classrooms across America and be a lesson for Raptors fans to stop living in the past and realize their franchise is in shambles now that Kawhi Leonard left.
