Eagles to be without key pass-rusher, offensive lineman vs. Bucs

The Eagles will be without one of their key pass-rushers in Sunday’s Wild Card game vs. Tampa Bay.
DE Josh Sweat will not play today after undergoing an emergency procedure to address a “life-threatening situation,” per the team:

Sweat made the trip to Tampa Bay but ultimately wasn’t ready to go today.
The absence of Sweat is a big one as he was essentially the Eagles’ best pass-rusher this season with 7.5 sacks and 13 QB hits. DE Ryan Kerrigan — who has three total tackles on the year — will get the start in his place.
The Eagles will also be without G Nate Herbig, who was ruled questionable with an ankle injury. Sua Opeta will start at RG next to Lane Johnson.
