Beercan Bets Divisional Playoffs: Aaron Rodgers and the pick of destiny

Throughout the 2021-22 NFL season, Aaron Rodgers has waged a one-man war against the coastal elites in this country. Tonight, he takes the fight to the gridiron as the Green Bay Packers face off against the San Francisco 49ers in the Divisional Round of the playoffs at 8:15PM.
Welcome to a Special Divisional Playoffs Edition of Beercan Bets.

In typical Aaron Rodgers fashion, he started off the 2021 season like every other season, quietly sulking and visibly irritated with everyone, including his own teammates and the Packers organization.
Rodgers was was fresh off a stint as a fill-in Jeopardy host when he returned to the Green Bay Packers after vague threats of holding out. The legacy media was agog. They couldn’t wait for the “Last Dance” narrative they so desperately craved.
Would this be Aaron Rodgers’ last ride with the Pack?
Then came the November bombshell that shook every blue checkmark on twitter to their very core. Aaron Rodgers was not vaccinated against COVID-19. Or he had already received some type of treatment that was just as good as the vaccine but probably not? I don’t know. That doesn’t matter.
A lesser man would have caved and begged for mercy. Not Aaron Rodgers. He bravely went on famed sports journalist Pat McAfee’s show and proceeded to make everyone’s head explode like that scene from “Scanners.” (I’m including the clip here because most of you children that read this site won’t get the reference and I don’t want to update it.)
The rest of the season was a storybook tale of one man fighting against the Big Tech and Big City and Big Politics forces colluding against him. Now we have arrived to the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs and all the events of the past have culminated into one single game against a team hailing from California in the San Francisco 49ers.
Last week Dr. Fauci and his hit men in Dallas assassinated the Cowboys’ season to ensure their hired muscle could take down Aaron Rodgers this weekend. Think about it. It wouldn’t be the first time a hit was carried out in public in Dallas with the whole nation watching.
(Editor’s Note: We aren’t putting the Zapruder film here. What does this even have to do with Football?)
The only problem with Fauci’s plan? Aaron Rodgers is untouchable this season.
Given Aaron Rodgers’ history of losing to the 49ers, I would normally suggest you take the 49ers Moneyline and call it a day.
Rodgers is currently 0-3 against the 49ers in the playoffs.
Not this year. Not tonight. Aaron Rodgers is having a different kind of year, one that honestly, we have never seen in the history of football given the off-the-field issues that he encountered. The kind of year where everyone that tries to stand up to him crumbles.
Also the Packers beat the 49ers back in Week 3 when both teams were still figuring things out, and I think the Packers’ secondary is probably the NFC’s best shot at limiting Deebo Samuel.
My Beercan Bets Division Parlay of Destiny
Packers Moneyline (-230) and the Over (47).
(I said they can limit Deebo Samuel, not stop him)
This brings to odds to +165.
If you don’t think this season ends with Aaron Rodgers lecturing us all from a podium while holding the Lombardi Trophy as the nation’s sportswriters angrily stomp their feet, I have to ask you a simple question.
Have you been paying attention?
