Another former Eagle joins Orlando Scandrick on bitter bus with ignorant tweet

Earlier today, Eagles guard Brandon Brooks announced his retirement after ten years in the NFL.
In doing so, Brooks agreed on a reworked contract that lowered his compensation to create financial flexibility for the team moving forward.
Former Eagles safety Will Parks thought this was hysterical for some reason:
They offered him a pay cut he took it and then he said I’m retiring… 😂I love life sometimes… 😂

Philadelphia signed Parks to a one-year deal back in 2020 and released him later in the season. I’m not sure if he’s still bitter about that or just woefully ignorant — but the team paying Brooks and reducing the cap hit is a good move for both parties.
Parks now joins Orlando Scandrick on the “bitter bus” — a group of individuals who continuously allow the Eagles organization to reside in their heads. My condolences go out to everyone involved.
#Eagles G Brandon Brooks will speak to the media at 11a. He recently signed a new contract reducing his 2022 cap number from $19.4m to $7.1m. The only ‘22 cash is a $1.12m non-gtd base salary.

Clearly a deal for cap purposes in anticipation of him not being an Eagle this year.
