Calvin Ridley likes tweet hinting at possible Alabama reunion in Philadelphia

More wide receiver gossip.
Arguably one of the most lethal route-runners in the game, WR Calvin Ridley could be playing for a new team next season.
From @gmfb Weekend on the future of #Falcons WR Calvin Ridley. My read here is a trade is a very strong possibility.

My colleague @wyche89 said recently both sides could be looking for a fresh start. I agree. pic.twitter.com/AoPy7UPHDo
Ridley took a step away from the Falcons — for the second time — back in October to address his mental health. The Falcons have provided no update on the situation since:
“Got no update,” said head coach Arthur Smith in November. “As soon as we get an update, we’ll give you an update. I’m not going to predict anything and take it day by day. If there’s an update, we’ll let you guys know.”
Fanbases have begun to clamor for their respective franchises to acquire the star receiver, including Eagles fans. One fan on Twitter voiced his desire for Ridley to reunite with Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith in Philadelphia — and Ridley seemed to like the idea:

He has since unliked the tweet, but as I’m sure we’ve all learned one way or another: screenshots never die.
Ridley had three straight 800+ yard seasons to begin his career in Atlanta, including a 2020 campaign where he caught 90 passes for 1374 yards and 9 TDs.
Current Eagles’ WR Quez Watkins has also been vocal about his relationship with Ridley (via the Takeoff Podcast with NBC Sports Philadelphia’s John Clark):
Acquiring an established receiver will allow Philadelphia to load up on defense in the draft while still providing Jalen Hurts with ample firepower.
Alabama reunion, anyone?
UPDATE: This shit might be photoshopped. PAIN.
