James Harden was out with Georges Niang and Tyrese Maxey last night eating $1,000 steaks in Miami

James Harden and the Philadelphia 76ers were in Miami last night to play the Heat. It was a lousy game and the Sixers couldn’t get any shots to fall, losing 99-82.
Harden didn’t even play last night and was on “hamstring management” getting some rest to ensure that he’s ready to go over the final stretch of the season. From there, I questioned whether anyone should be playing besides the 76ers’ bench players.
The Sixers should have chalked that game up as a loss, rested their starters, and kept the East-leading Miami Heat guessing. No reason to show your cards without Harden on the court, but I suppose you really aren’t showing much of anything if he’s not playing in the first place right?
Right.
Anyways, after the game last night, videos popped up on social media with James Harden, Georges Niang, and Tyrese Maxey out to dinner in quite a lively atmosphere.
Now for those who are unfamiliar, the video features Papi Steak in Miami. I’m sure the peasants who read TLL are unfamiliar with such a lavish establishment so here’s a quick overview.
Papi Steak an upscale steakhouse that “fuses Golden Era Hollywood swagger with modern day Miami energy to create an entirely new steakhouse experience.”
Yep. That’s a steak in a box, which has a price point of $1,000 per steak. There’s honestly no better way to brush off a miserable loss than to eat expensive meat, right?
Finally, Tyrese Maxey gets to enjoy some of the finer things the NBA has to offer. Before, he was stuck with Joel Embiid, who is on record about just staying in his hotel room and playing FIFA, and Ben Simmons who spent the majority of his time chasing around Kendall Jenner in Miami like a pathetic loser.
Harden and the Niang Gang had Maxey in awe with Papi Steak and I couldn’t be happier for him.
Where was Matisse Thybulle? He recently just celebrated a birthday and with James Harden on the team, the entire internet was hoping for a vlog on his YouTube like this image below.

I also wonder if Jimmy Butler was in attendance? After the Cavaliers game on Friday night, right before the the 76ers boarded a plane to Miami, James Harden followed Jimmy Butler on Instagram.
From there, I was immediately assumed that there were events being planned and after Harden was ruled out yesterday, I almost expected to see those two running around experiencing everything that South Beach has to offer.
Either way, glad to see Harden and the young fellas out enjoying themselves. They definitely deserve it. As for the Sixers, they’re back in action tomorrow night at home against the Chicago Bulls.
