Fraudulent Behavior: Colin Cowherd declares Carson Wentz as the best QB in the NFC East

Yesterday, FOX’s Colin Cowherd ranked all the starting quarterbacks in the NFC East. As you’d expect, Cowherd had a horrible list, ranking Washington Commanders QB Carson Wentz as the best quarterback in the division.
This decision is not out of character at all for Cowherd, who has defended Wentz for several years. Most recently, he would compare Carson’s numbers to “mystery” quarterbacks with cherry-picked stats, and Wentz would shockingly be better than all of them.
Here’s what Cowherd had to say about his ranking
“It’s a coin-flip. I like Carson physically and Dak mentally. I think Washington and Dallas are going to be in that nine-win category.”
This is the same player who was just trashed relentlessly by their former owner just a few days ago, who bragged about his GM being able to get a return for him when they expected to cut Wentz. Also Washington went 7-10 last season, while losing key players and only adding Wentz.
I’m not saying Jalen Hurts should be the best of the four. I think that still, unfortunately, belongs to Dak Prescott. But Carson Wentz should be dead last, maybe ahead of Daniel Jones.
Hurts took a team to the playoffs with better stats, while Wentz choked against the worst team in the NFL and was eliminated. FOX Sports is known for their horrible takes across all Philly sports, and Cowherd will surely be proven wrong this upcoming season.
