For those interested, Ryan Howard’s $6 million Rittenhouse condo is back up for sale

For those looking for a new place to live in the city this summer and have an extra $6 million in pocket change clogging up your car’s cupholders, Ryan Howard is selling his 1706 Rittenhouse condo.
According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, Howard initially tried to sell his condo back in January 2020 but it was taken off the market in July 2021 because no one bought it.
Blame COVID.
Now, the condo is back on the market with an 8% price reduction which apparently is a “more aggressive” price listing. The condo itself is pretty impressive. It’s a four bedroom, four bathroom, 4,1666 square foot home that takes up the entire floor of the building with 360-degree unobstructed skyline views of the city.

The unit also includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, a temperature-controlled win room, a chef’s kitchen, and a smart house system – plus amenities that come with living in the complex including a fitness center, lap pool, sauna, and a hot tub.(via NBC Sports Philly)
Still no word on if Howard selling his condo has any relation to the fact that he dropped Miles Teller’s first pitch last week and then immediately blamed Ranger Suarez’s glove instead of accepting responsibility.
