First, let’s touch on the fact that Ben Simmons is horrible at fishing. We all remember him trying to fish at the Grand Floridian down in the Disney Bubble. The guy couldn’t even throw a fish back into the water without missing.Â
Man, I STILL hate seeing Simmons wearing a Sixers hat and Phillies shorts. God damnit.
Of course, the easy jokes are there for the taking. Ben Simmons has been on vacation for over a year, can you really go on vacation if you don’t work, etc. but honestly, I something else caught my attention about this picture that just proves the point that Simmons is the biggest fraud in the entire world.
Also, how on earth is Ben Simmons deep sea fishing after getting back surgery and having shoulder issues? Seems like a bad idea. Not to mention, how many people do you need taking pictures of you while you fish? You have a guy up front, a guy holding the rod for you, then this bozo in the back taking another picture.
Who would have thought a simple picture of fishing could be so complicated? At the end of the day, this is just another picture in what has become a series of reasons why Ben Simmons simply doesn’t like basketball and only cares about his public image. Luckily, it looks like more and more people are turning on Simmons.
