Up Next for the Phillies
Today, the Phillies will send Kyle Gibson to the mound to face Dakota Hudson in game two of four against St. Louis. Gibson’s last start made MLB History, but not in a good way. He allowed four home runs in the top of the 1st inning, marking the 1st time in MLB history that a team has hit 4 HRs in a row in the 1st. Gibson has struggled recently, currently holding a 4-3 record on the year with a 4.91 ERA, and a 6.34 road ERA. Dakota Hudson is 6-5 with a 4.29 this season, logging a 3.03 home ERA.
