Phillies announce new scoreboard with HDR PhanaVision Experience at Citizens Bank Park for the 2023 season

The Philadelphia Phillies announced today that they will be installing a new scoreboard that will be ready for Opening Day 2023.
The new structure will be 77% larger than the current display at Citizens Bank Park, which is good for an increase in size from 97 feet wide by 76 feet tall to 152 feet wide by 86 feet tall.

“We are adding a significant ‘wow’ factor to the ballpark experience. From the scoreboard’s extraordinary technology to its sheer magnitude, our new PhanaVision will enhance our game day experience for our fans in 2023.” – Phillies Executive Vice President David Buck
No word if the plans for the new scoreboard had anything to do with the fact that Phillies owner John Middleton has been partying with fans in the 300 level during home games this season and realizing it was in need of an upgrade.
