Clement, 27, has bounced around the NFC East after playing a vital role in Philadelphia’s historic 2017 championship run. He last appeared as a member of the Dallas Cowboys, rushing for 140 yards last season.
With JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards set to begin training camp on the PUP list, Clement will compete with Mike Davis and Justice Hill for rotational snaps out of the backfield.
