Watch: Jordan Davis manhandled Cam Jurgens at Eagles’ open practice last night

The Philadelphia Eagles held their first open practice of training camp last night at Lincoln Financial Field and fans finally got a chance to see the team up close and personal before the 2022-23 season begins just over a month from now.
There are a ton of videos circulating on Twitter, but I think the most impressive one is the video of rookie Jordan Davis completely man handling Cameron Jurgens, pushing his fellow rookie backwards with ease.
Jordan Davis on Cam Jurgens
Side Note: There’s a lot of people on Twitter saying that Cam Jurgens actually did his job here blocking Jordan Davis. I’m no football expert but I find it hard to believe that in a game situation, having your center fall back five yards while Jordan Davis single-handedly collapses the pocket doesn’t seem ideal.
Davis is 6-foot-6 and 340 pounds. He was selected No. 13 overall by the Eagles in the 2022 NFL Draft.
Last season at Georgia, Davis racked up 32 tackles, including five for a loss. He was the Outland Trophy winner, being awarded for college football’s top interior defensive lineman. Over 4 years at Georgia, Davis played in 41 games, making 90 tacks, including 11.5 for a loss and 7 sacks.
The Eagles are stacked on the defensive line yet again this year, and the addition of Davis should make them even better. The interior defensive line depth is looking fantastic.
LDT: Fletcher Cox, Jordan Davis, Marlon Tiupuloutu
