Android, Google launch pathetic campaign to have users tweet at Apple to “fix” their texting, iMessage feature

Everyone who has even half of a brain knows that the Apple iPhone is the premiere cell phone and anyone who has a different product and/or brand is frowned upon.
Personally, I love the class system we have with cell phones and the fact that anyone with an Android is treated like an absolute peasant. They deserve all the hate that comes their way. Just think about what Android users do to a group text. There’s no one to blame except themselves.
- Pictures and videos come through like they’re from the early 2000s
- No typing indicators
- No read receipts
- You can’t add or leave group texts
The entire functionality of texting goes to absolute shit once you start mixing in the green bubbles. Apple obviously loves it and doesn’t want to give Android users anything. Now we have Android and Google crawling on their hands and knees begging Apple to do something an “fix texting”.
These pathetic dorks over at Android and Google wrote an entire blog asking people to tweet at Apple to fix texting and #GetTheMessage.
It’s not about the color of the bubbles. It’s the blurry videos, broken group chats, missing read receipts and typing indicators, no texting over Wi-Fi, and more. These problems exist because Apple refuses to adopt modern texting standards when people with iPhones and Android phones text each other.
Everything I just mentioned about Android users and why they STINK, the company itself is now saying it’s all Apple’s fault and they need to fix the problem.
Android Crying About iPhones
Photos and videos are often tiny and blurry because iPhones continue to use SMS/MMS.
iPhones use outdated tech for group conversations with Android, so you can’t leave the chat—even when you want to.
Texts from iPhones can’t always be sent to Android over Wi-Fi, leaving your messages unsent and convos hanging if you don’t have cell service.
SMS and MMS don’t support end-to-end encryption, which means your messages are not as secure.
iPhones make texts with Android phones difficult to read, by using white text on a bright green background.
Without read receipts and typing indicators, you can’t know if your Android friends got your text or if they’re responding.
I mean come on everyone, that’s just embarrassing. No one could possibly think that this is an Apple problem right? I’m sure they could fix the issues and make it more friendly for the peasants to text on their platform but honestly, the problem lies with people who use Android and Google Phones, which are a weaker product than the iPhone.
I really don’t see Apple bending the knee to Android anytime soon and it might just be easier to not text or communicate with anyone who uses an Android until they get their shit together.
Starting a grass roots campaign against Apple and their texting policies is meaningless and cringeworthy. If Android really wanted to solve the problem they would offer Apple billions to use their texting and iMessage technology so they can fit in with the upper class of cell phones.
Unfortunately, I don’t see that happening because Android would probably go bankrupt while trying to meet Apple’s demands.
This has to be a joke, or maybe poor journalism at best. Literally no one thinks that iphones are superior to an android in anything other than marketing. It’s old tech and Apple refuses to catch up with everyone else, their sheep don’t care because all of their teenage friends also have iPhones.
Hey Mike you’re a fucking nerd if you use an. Android green text bubble bitch boy!!!!
Ok good, just a troll, I was thinking no one could be THAT dumb
