The Eagles agreed to release safety Anthony Harris from his contract earlier today, leaving one spot open on the practice squad.
They subsequently filled that vacancy by re-signing cornerback Mac McCain; the team has announced:

Look for Harris to try to lock up a spot on an active roster elsewhere.

McCain, who was waived in final roster cutdowns, appeared in two games for Philadelphia last season as an undrafted free agent. This marks the fourth time McCain has been signed to the Eagles roster in some facet, dating back to September of last year.
He’ll now join Andre Chachere and Mario Goodrich as the other defensive backs on the practice squad.
