Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers was trending over Labor Day Weekend appearing in Ocean City, New Jersey and I have no idea who he is
Ocean City, New Jersey was trending across social media over Labor Day Weekend thanks to a gentlemen by the name of Kevin Jonas, who was pictured on the OCNJ boardwalk taking pictures with fans and shopping in stores.
Seeing all the headlines about Kevin Jonas made me realize that I have no idea who the Jonas Brothers are. If you held a gun to my head and told me to name a single Jonas Brothers song then I would be dead with my brains splattered across the floor.
Kevin Jonas has 5.2M followers on Twitter and the Jonas Brothers have another 4.7M.
Am I really old? Kind of, yes. However, I still literally have no idea who these guys are and if you told me that Kevin, pictured below, was a world famous musician in a boy band called the Jonas Brothers, I would probably just laugh at you.
These guys have been around for nearly two decades and I can’t tell you one thing about them. The entire thing seems like a Ponzi scheme of some sorts. Regardless, Kevin Jonas was all over Ocean City over Labor Day Weekend, and people were trying to track him down.
Apparently the Jo-Bros (new nickname, you’re welcome) are no strangers to the Jersey Shore and grew up in Wyckoff, Bergen County New Jersey.
Cool.
Still have no idea who these guys are. Have they ever thrown out a first pitch at a Phillies game? Courtside at a 76ers game? Do they sit with Mike Trout in the special VIP seats at Lincoln Financial Field? I literally have no idea. Let’s just hope they are Philly sports fans, I guess.
