Pretty standard betting notes tonight. There is however, one key difference in the Broncos than of years past that make the majority of the notes irrelevant. Russell Wilson is their new starting quarterback.
The long-time Seahawk will make his 2022 debut with the Denver Broncos in Seattle on Monday Night Football against the team that employed him for the last 10 seasons.
I actually like Seattle +7 points tonight. We have a rare Week 1 home underdog on Monday Night Football and all of the money is leaning on Russell Wilson and the presumed high-powered Broncos offense.
Seattle enters tonight with a fully healthy Rashaad Penny, DK Metcalf, and Tyler Lockett. West Virginia University LEGEND Geno Smith will be behind center and should be able to manage this game and keep it close to the very end.
I’m not sure why, but the Denver Broncos hype train leading into this season never really had my attention.
