Final Version: 76ers “Brotherly Love” City Edition jersey from February confirmed

It looks like we now have the finalized version of the 76ers “Brotherly Love” City Edition jersey that initially leaked back in February.

The latest edition of the NBA jersey leaks picked up steam on social media yesterday and all things considered it still looks like the same information that we received months ago when looking at the Philadelphia 76ers jerseys for the 2022-23 season.

Back in early February, we published this article showing the “Brotherly Love” City Edition jersey for the 76ers to be worn this season.

That jersey has remained consistent with every other leak release since then and yesterday, we saw the latest drop, which shows the jersey mockup in full.

Here’s a closer look of the the 76ers Brotherly Love City Edition Jersey

Now, it looks like we have the final version of the jersey, as well as the court design for the 2022-23 season.

Honestly, a lot of people will probably dislike the jersey. There’s always an issue with every jersey release but personally, I live it. Sure, the “Brotherly Love” thing is a bit played out but that’s a staple nickname for the city of Philadelphia so it makes sense why the 76ers would go that route.

Plus, the all-white jersey is pretty sharp. Just imagine the Wells Fargo Center on a “white out” night with the team and staff all wearing white and red. I don’t hate that at all.

Also, I know the whole “source” game is stupid, but we did hear a bit that this jersey was the final Chris Heck City Edition approval before he left the organization months ago. All jersey designs had to be submitted back in the Spring, and the leak has remained the same for the 76ers since then, so maybe it has some truth to it.

Everyone is now taking credit for it, of course. But what else would you expect from these guys?

Yeah I bet.

Anyways, that’s the jersey news for you. Let the complaining begin.

unfiltered, opinionated, and certainly do not care if you like it or not.
