WATCH: Every catch from DeVonta Smith’s career-high performance against the Washington Commanders

DeVonta Smith could not be stopped during yesterday’s 24-8 win for the Philadelphia Eagles over the Washington Commanders.

Smith aka Skinny Batman, hauled in eight receptions for 169 yards and a touchdown as the Eagles moved to 3-0 to start the 2022 NFL season.

Smith’s previous career high came against the Kansas City Chiefs last season when he had 122 receiving yards. Yesterday, he already surpassed those numbers at halftime.

Smitty’s 169-yard performance was the biggest game by any Eagles wide receiver since Jeremy Maclin had 187 yards against the Arizona Cardinals during the 2014 season.

Jalen Hurts and the Eagles passing attack had another fantastic day. Hurts completed 22-of-35 passes for 340 yards and three touchdowns.
